This project started on February 2023, when I decided to record the weather conditions in Verona simply by using cyanotype and an ice cube. For over a year, till the end of February 2024, for a total of 102 different days, I have placed identical cyanotype papers with an heart shaped ice cubes outside on my balcony in Verona, and I have annotated with a pencil each time at the bottom of the image: starting and ending time, weather conditions, temperature and humidity. In some days, in case of important or meaningful events, I have pencilled them down as a note of the day. Only fews are the days when it rained, as it can be clearly visible in the images with the faded marks left by the melting ice cubes: a visual reflection on climate change.
